Our Warranty Promise

TrueSight Auto Glass LLC stands behind the quality of our installation workmanship.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the original customer for as long as the customer owns or leases the vehicle on which the covered glass was installed.

This warranty is intended to protect you against problems that are determined to be the result of TrueSight Auto Glass LLC's installation workmanship.

What Is Covered

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers installation-related defects, including:

• Water Leaks — Water entering the vehicle as a result of an installation-related defect in the adhesive seal.
• Air or Wind Leaks — Excessive air or wind noise determined to be caused by an installation-related defect.
• Installation Workmanship — Defects resulting directly from improper installation or workmanship performed by TrueSight Auto Glass LLC.
• Adhesive Bonding Failure — Failure of the adhesive bond when determined to be the result of an installation-related defect.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty covers installation workmanship only. It does not cover damage, deterioration, or conditions resulting from circumstances outside the control of TrueSight Auto Glass LLC, including but not limited to:

• New rock chips, stone impacts, cracks, or other glass damage occurring after installation.
• Road debris or objects striking the glass.
• Accidents, collisions, vandalism, theft, or intentional damage.
• Damage caused by weather, environmental conditions, or other outside forces.
• Pre-existing rust, corrosion, or deterioration of the vehicle.
• Pre-existing structural or body damage around the glass opening.
• Damage or problems caused by another repair shop, technician, or person.
• Vehicle modifications or alterations made after installation.
• Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or neglect.
• Glass defects or damage unrelated to TrueSight Auto Glass LLC's installation workmanship.
• Conditions resulting from normal vehicle movement, body flex, or deterioration of the vehicle itself that are not caused by our installation.

Pre-Existing Rust, Corrosion & Vehicle Damage

Rust, corrosion, structural damage, or deterioration around a vehicle's glass opening can affect the integrity of an installation.

If our technician discovers a condition that may affect the installation, TrueSight Auto Glass LLC may document the condition and notify the customer before proceeding.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If you believe you are experiencing a problem covered by this warranty, contact TrueSight Auto Glass LLC:

Please contact us before having another company or technician remove, repair, reseal, or reinstall the glass. This gives TrueSight the opportunity to inspect the installation and determine whether the issue is covered by this warranty.

If TrueSight determines that the issue is covered, we will provide the necessary covered installation-related warranty service at no charge.

Mobile warranty service is available within our normal service area.

Important Warranty Conditions

This warranty:

• Covers TrueSight Auto Glass LLC installation workmanship, not future glass damage.
• Applies to the original customer for as long as that customer owns or leases the vehicle.
• Is non-transferable.
• Requires TrueSight Auto Glass LLC to have an opportunity to inspect the alleged warranty issue before another party performs repairs.
• Does not cover conditions that existed before installation or conditions caused by someone other than TrueSight Auto Glass LLC.
• Does not guarantee that the vehicle itself will remain free from rust, corrosion, structural deterioration, or other conditions that may affect an installation.
